WHEREAS, “Critical Race Theory” (CRT) utterly disavows our founding principles and ignores our national progress, such as the abolition of slavery, constitutional amendments, and civil rights laws, to preserve liberty for all Americans and, instead establishes the false premise that America has been and always will be a systemically racist nation;

WHEREAS, CRT insults and demeans Americans of color by teaching that they are less intelligent and capable to succeed and must have, by the force of law, extra benefits and special advantages to compete in society;
WHEREAS, CRT is diametrically opposite to American values and Republican principles and fails to remember Martin Luther King Jr’s words to judge, “Not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character;”
